We took a water taxi to Lovers Beach and were dropped off (in the water off the beach). It's on a peninsula inaccessible by road. On Lovers Beach, you can swim in the Sea of Cortes. We also walked across the peninsula to Divorce Beach, on the Pacific, where the riptides are too strong to swim.
The water taxi came back a few hours later to pick us up (getting back in the boat in the ocean was a challenge too!).
