Bzzzzzzzz

I had book club last night. We made it into a book club field trip - we had dinner and talked about this month's book, then went to see the movie "The Secret Life of Bees". We had read it for book club over five years ago, and it was one we really loved. The movie was great! My memory is so horrible that a lot of it was a surprise. Ha! It was a fun time with great company as always.
Today I volunteered in Zach's kindergarten classroom (Laura watched Max). It's so fun to see his class in action. His teacher is so great.
A little girl in his class is having a birthday party at Pump It Up (an inflatables place) tonight. It should be fun to meet some more of the parents. Zach is excited to go. However it lasts until 8:30 pm - ugh. At least he is off school tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to this weekend. It's my annual Christmas shopping weekend with my sisters and niece Sarah. My Mom is already in Texas, so we'll miss her. We meet in St. Cloud since it's central to all of us. It's always a ton of fun - we get a bunch of Christmas shopping done, eat out, and stay in a hotel. We always use the pool and hot tub, then stay up til the wee hours playing games and then do it all again the next day. Can't wait!
