As I drove to the ice arena this morning I noticed on the van's thermometer the temperature was -15. After sitting next to the ice for an hour and running to Target after that, I think I may never warm up...
We drove to Brainerd on Sunday for my Mom's 80th birthday party at my sister Margie's house. We had a potluck, and all my brothers and sisters were there, and even most of the grandkids. We had a really nice time. It's hard to believe my Mom could possibly be 80, she sure makes 80 look great!
We're having Judd, Melissa & the girls over tonight to ring in the New Year. Jake is asking to stay up till 9:00 pm...we'll see how it goes!
