Of course, no vacation of ours is complete without a trip to urgent care - Jake got sick our first night there with an ear infection, coughing and congestion. He was up most of the night, but luckily felt better the next day after getting antibiotics.
We went to South Padre Island, a great zoo, swam in the pool, played at the park and had a chance to visit with Jay's Mom & Dad too.
Mom and Dad were such great hosts, and did so many thoughtful things to make us feel welcome and at home.
